They're definitely revealing something new soon. Could be at State of Play, the Game Awards or just a random drop. There's also Inside Xbox next week but they don't usually reveal third party games there.
I'm not sure if they're supposed to be 4 different symbols or if the symbols are linked. It kinda looks like a flame that ignites to become a Demon's Head if you read them in a specific order but it's hard to tell. It could also be 4 different factions who are competing over Gotham. One symbol definitely looks like a Demon Head though which links to the League of Assassins at the very least. scott snyder basically confirming this as being a court of owls game has got me pretty hyped already, I really hope the release date is soon considering this was first rumored like a year ago at least
