I'm very friendly at work but I'm a quiet person.

I'm interested in a girl and we seem to have things in common. She seems to like me a lot as a friend so that's something.

I'm just worried she'll think I'm boring because I'm quiet. Most of our conversations are about tv shows we watch. She doesn't mind at all though.

However, I keep getting stressed out because that is all we talk about for the most part. Besides that, we joke around a lot. I feel like I need to do more. I don't know. What do you think?

A lot of people are into passive activities, and those are really hard to talk about and connect with.

Do you have any hobbies? Maybe crafting, cooking, writing, making videos, sports, or whatever. If she's interested in you, I'm sure she wouldn't mind hearing what's going on in your life.

Except video games. Talking to non-gamers about games is near impossible. It's like a foreign language. A lot of the jargon you take for granted has to be explained.

If you're ever really feeling it, ask for her number and/or ask her out.

And yeah, I already have her number. I'm trying to hang out with her but she's always busy with school and work.

She did invite me to hangout with her and a friend recently. But she's busy with work and school, and my work schedule is all over the place. I would obviously prefer to hang out with her alone but haven't gotten the chance to.

I don't think it's that bad that you're mostly just talking about one topic for the time being.
The chemistry will eventually improve to a point that'll make you both comfortable enough to talk about other stuff with ease.
Small steps is the key.

I feel ya im about the same but im good usually until the conversation gets romantic/intimate.
