If I were feeling particularly clever, I'd probably try to come up with some sort of pun combining lynch mobs and flash mobs to really hammer it home. But I'm lazy, so just pretend I did that. The real problem is that most politicians and businesses are becoming aware of the fleeting nature of outrage in the modern era, so they're all fully clued in to the fact that if they can weather the initial storm and generally ignore the controversy it'll completely blow over in a week or two even if they don't do anything to actually change things.
