I can't say it on Gamefaqs, but it does have a non-offensive origin which COULD make a comeback, but is obsolete in modern society.

To be less vague, such fwords refer to people who pick up sticks in the wild for trade/firewood

Infact, you see the kids in Attack on Titan doing some f-wordtry in the first episode.

It can also mean a "tiring or unwelcome task" or "to work hard, especially at a tedious task." And there's always the good old cigarette. The British at one point also used it as the term for a younger boy who did tasks for the older boys at private schools.
