Board 8 > Anyone played The Council? *SPOILERS*

Had my eye on this one for a while, and it's currently on sale on Steam. Unfortunately, while I was glancing over the reviews, one person had posted "I'm not going to get into any spoilers, but it turns out you're the son of a demon..."

Well... that looks like a spoiler to me. Possibly a pretty big one. Especially given that quite a few other reviews mention big plot twists that they didn't see coming.

So, my question- well, first, is it a good game? And if so, has some random **** trying to post an 'edgy' bad review just ruined it for me?

I didn't read your post since you mentioned spoilers in the topic title, but it is the first game that I pre-purchased/pre-ordered in almost three years (excluding Kickstarter). I still haven't played it lol.

I have played 2 episodes of it and it's pretty great imo. I do not know if that spoiler is true or not, nor do I particularly care.

It's a pretty fun telltale style game that has a skill tree thats fun along with some other stuff. Definitly my top 3 of the genre (I haven't played a ton, other two are LiS and Tales from the borderland) and once I finish it it might be number one.
