Flats are the best. Easier to eat, easier to cook, doesn't have all the extra cartilage/huge veins/ect... that comes along in drums like little landmines.

Drummies. Wings are a messy food, so I try to keep one hand clean and let the other do the eating. You can keep a clean hand with flats, but it does take more effort than one handing your way through drummies. What's most important is that your wing eating partner likes whichever part you don't.
