Because my first change would be so popular, many people would come to me and offer their changes as well, because I would have already given them everything they wanted. Therefore, I would then change. Human bodies do not suffer effects of age, you remain young until the day you would naturally have died (unless you have an accident etc and die first). Pregnancy requires the active consent of both partners. Distribution of wealth is based on effort primarily (the harder you work, the more you make). All good TV shows that were canceled before they should have been will be renewed. VR will suddenly be as realistic as Sword Art Online, and available to everyone (but without the whole dying in game = dying in real life part). The United States political system will change to be fair, allow a real democracy (majority vote by the people) and politicians must have at least 20 years in community service, or selfless jobs before they can be elected to any major office (Teachers, fire fighters lesser (non-high paying) political offices etc). The space race will never have stopped, so we created a base on the moon 10 years ago, and are ready to start working on one on mars at this point. Mountain Dew Code Red tastes exactly the same, but has no calories, no sugar, and gives you plenty of vitamins when you drink it. I didn't graduate early on my 16th birthday but actually went to a normal high school, dated girls, and then went to college (using my scholarship), instead of joining the Air force. All pets now live as long as their owners, unless they die from an accident etc. There are no more pedophiles anywhere, or any people who have urges in that direction, or I guess they just never have the urges but still exist. Everyone knows that they will live out the lives of every other person eventually, so the way they treat other people, is essentially how they will be treated. If a person is in too much pain (physical or mental), they can instantly just cease to exist (if they desire it). Prisons are now secured towns where people who are not safe to interact with the general public live fairly normal lives, just separate from the rest of us.
