Bush did this back in 2006, even now his attempts at land stealing are still going through the courts. Trump has done this twice in his life, namely the case in Scotland where he tried to force out a woman whose home he wanted gone so he could build a golf course on that land, he lost that case, also, considering how many times Trump has thrown people who've broken the law for him under the bus anyone on his staff actually considering tanking their career for Trump's promise of immunity only need look at how he treated Paul Manafort and Michael Cohen and even Antonny Scaramuchi
