I was pretty much living on the living room recliner for a few days completely lucid outside of some very, very, very mild hallucinations, and by that I mean I'd occasionally think I saw movement out of the corner of my eye, turn to look, and there'd be no one. Or I'd think I heard someone in the kitchen call my name or something, and no one would be back there. The only time I really, really actually get a high is if I'm at the hospital getting an injection of dilaudid into my port-a-cath, and even then the potency needs to be at least 1.5 mg for me to feel it. The last time I was at the ER for pain, the nurse gave me this fuckhuge needle of dilaudid and it hit me like a ton of bricks, it was fucking awesome.
