I feel like there was a point in time back in the early 2000s if you even alluded to being under 13, or saying you were when you created your account x number of years ago, that you got a nice ban.

no, they don't do anything to accounts who answer they're under 13

i do it every time it comes around

mainly because they don't keep track of the accounts that use it. you can do it signed out.

Adding I feel like it's probably marketing research, so probably a trap but of a different sort.
