+$250,000 2,000 sqft home
+$250,000 for house taxes until you die
+$540,000 new car every 5 years
+$3,240,000 eatting freely and well off every day for me and loved ones
+$450,000 for water, electricity, car gas, phone, internet
+$600,000 keeping up with latest and greatest tech
+$900,000 3 vacations a year

And that would be it for enough money to live the good life and not need anymore.

You also have to invest it somewhere that makes enough money to keep up with yearly inflation.

If not, if you just throw it in a vault then you need $51,600,000 to keep up with inflation over years.

It says something about you that you can't even fathom someone not being money hungry. It's cool if you'd take the money but you don't have to justify it by tricking yourself into believing literally everyone else would do.

Im personally am on the fence and don't have the answer. Hate to say it but it probably all matters on when Im offered this deal and what's going on in my head. I'm fine with my well paying job where I don't need to be a billionaire to be happy, and I'm thankful for all the luck and fortunate happenstance along with my own efforts that granted me the life I'm able to live. It's a pretty damn good life. I think a lot of you can't say that about yourself, and that's why you behave in such negative ways. I'm not going to try to go to long lengths to convince you. I just hope you remember this when things hopefully go well for you.

I'd rather be a part of a change that may in the end result in people in need getting help sooner than later, and I'm willing to give up the idea of indulging in an amount of money I'd never need as an individual to be a part of that change. If you're willing to be on the other side of the spectrum, even though I disagree with your choice, shitting on you as a person for wanting to make that choice won't change the fact that is your choice, so I'm not going to.
