Wouldnt working out keep you weight the same, or even make you gain weight. Like due to muscle growth. Which I think is heavier than fat...

Your weight fluctuates depending on how hydrated you are and how much you ate before you have a bowel movement. So be consistent in when you weigh yourself.

Can't really recommend shedding weight any faster than 1 pound a week. Beyond health concerns, you might want to avoid messing with your skin by going too fast. Don't take my word on it though; I'm no expert or anything.

Probably. Though, if he started around the beginning of this week, 3 by the end of the month would be 1 pound a week...

Start by eating less calorie during a day, that alone will make you lose a lot of weight. Exercises is good of course but eating less is the first step to lose weight.

it's not as complicated as you'd think. literally it's eat less fat/carbs, do cardio at least 3 times weekly for 60+ minutes, and i guarantee you'll lose weight quickly, ok?

the problem is, most people have their "cheat" days, or give into cravings, or only work out for 30 minutes and don't reach their fat burning zone, or give up/retry forever, or they just weren't serious from the beginning (which i figure will be tc's reason), ok?

so, i give you a few days until you give up, but i wish you the best, ok?
