I made this mistake myself. What ensued was a horrible conglomeration of taste that, while good on their own, was a terrible combination.

I used to put three or four packets of Wendy's hot sauce stuff in my ramen, it was pretty awesome. I neither eat ramen or hardly ever step foot into Wendy's anymore, though. :(

Diablo sauce is too heavy in paprika to work with most ramen flavors, mild sauce may very well work though
