Then go to Cinnabar Island and heal your Pokemon 4321 times. Then Nurse Joy will tell you she needs some action, but she wants it from Koga. Then you go to Fuschia City and talk to Koga 9876 times. He'll them give you a ninja outfit. You give the ninja outfit to Bill so he can disguise himself as Koga and bang Nurse Joy.
