This is a fair point. Ive been in decent neighborhoods and shitty ones and aside from perhaps disliking the typical music you hear people blasting in shittier neighborhoods theres not a lot of difference.

It is pretty equal. Taste in music is subjective. Either way I dont like hearing my neighbors music. Ive lived places where ive heard rap blarring. Mexican music blarring rock music and country music. All irritating even if i do like rock.

I liked Eugene, OR, but I was really weirded out by it being even whiter than my suburban CT hometown.
I would rather live somewhere more diverse than my hometown.

I was saying in reality its the main difference ive noticed so not much would change either way. In terms of things that affect me in some way anyways. In nice neighborhoods you dont really even notice your neighbors unless you go out of your way to get to know them so there there its already all things equal.

And im saying it doesnt matter even in reality. A shitty neighborhood is shitty no matter what race it is. Only time in reality race might matter is if its a high crime area where being the minority might bring more attention to you from said criminals. A good neighborhood it literally never matters.

But to give a definitive answer to the question well i really cant cause if all things where equal i really dont care as i keep to myself either way. I mean i grew up in a majority hispanic neighborhood. Its not like I havent been used to being the minority in a neighborhood.

Oh for sure. I assumed TC was letting us decide the quality of the neighborhood and that most of us would choose good neighborhoods.

But yeah I mostly keep to myself these days as well.
