i've been working for the same company, on the same team and for the same boss for over 14 years. my job is never boring. over the yeras i've gotten moved into a more senior / leadership role on the team. but even just looking at time within the same role, my day to day activities aren't boring.

Got a job where I'm traveling everywhere in the US and I'm tired of it after 6 years. No progression, weak pay and repetitive tasks are killing it.

Pay and benefits. Also if you're looking to buy something big like a house or new car, lenders like to see job stability.

Like what you do, paid good money with benefits, like the people you work with, close to your place of residence, etc etc.
