Well, maybe that's not strictly true, I'm sure they make a difference at some level. But the combination of Sanders getting so close with so little support and Trump winning with basically no support from elected officials has made that aspect of this primary really muted. I've traditionally really liked following primaries (I have watched every single primary and presidential debate going back to I think 84, except I've missed some this cycle) and they used to really be discussed quite a bit by pundits etc.
I couldn't tell you who has the most endorsements for the Dems except I assume its Biden because of course it would be. no one talks about it any more --- But to you who are listening I say: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you. ...
