Lucina I think is okay as she's one of the better characters from Awakening. Fates OTOH was a complete wasted opportunity to include Azura. Ike actually has an interesting playstyle and should definitely stay. Chrom is pointless they should just make that Roy's moveset and drop Chrom. FE6, swords are pretty bad cuz lances and horses are king and Roy himself is pretty terrible, Ike is pretty bad in the GC game's higher difficulties, Marth is bad in general, Chrom and Lucina are good only because they got ludicrously beefy stats and can use lances on promotion (though Robin is better), Robin is good cuz he can use magic, too, etc. If Lyn made it in and was good, it'd be the biggest offense cuz FE7's swords are hilariously underpowered due to axe enemies being already weak and lance enemies being not only powerful but by far the most abundant. Basically in a series where lances are commonly always the best weapon type, we don't have a single lance user, despite the existence of Sigurd or Ephraim.
