And now realizing why he was pulled over in the first place, I see things a bit differently. Seems like the Judge gave the cop a little horn blow while passing him. As if in a way of giving someone a high five for...pretrolling the streets. Nice, but doesn't really suggest an equal playing field. But once the driver door opens and closes, and the vehicle goes out of park and starts moving, during the stop, things should have changed. This would escalate quickly at any other time. So, it really was a dumb stop to begin with. But it does expose The Judge to be not so impartial. I would love to see some of his rulings. When I was 18 my dad, who was a cop at the time, gave me a PBA (Police Benevolent Association) sticker for my back window and told me it would keep me from being pulled over 9 out of 10 times, and if I did get pulled in our county to have the officer call him. I never felt right about that so I didn't put it on my car.
