People do a lot of things when they feel they are in danger. You know, the whole fight or flight thing. Well, some people also lie. And thats what model Carissa Pinkston decided to do after being "fired," likely for comments she made that said trans women were not women. In posts that have been screenshot and posted to Twitter, Pinkston wrote comments like Being Transgender does NOT make you a Woman. It makes you simply transgender, onto Facebook. She made other comments as well, but after the posts started to catch traction (and receive backlash) on social media she wrote I really do want to take back my Trans comment because if they can say theyre Women i can reclaim my virginity. According to some on social media, she went further in Instagram Live videos, likening trans women to pedophiles. As a result of the sacking, Pinkston went on Instagram Live and cried, though what she was saying couldnt be ascertained as the live was muted. She later uploaded a statement. I wasnt ready to come about it yet but today I got fired and Ive been receiving hate mail and death threats ever since so Im being forced to tell the truth, she wrote in a note she screenshot and uploaded to Instagram. Im Transgender. I transitioned at a very young age and Ive lived my Life as a female ever since. Its been very hard to keep this secret but what I said about Trans-Women is a direct reflection of my inner securities and I have since come to realize that I am a Woman. WE ALL ARE! And while oppressive people internalizing their oppression, and becoming confused with their own identities is certainly an issue, quite quickly, friends began to push back on this statement. Model Aleece Wilson responded directly on the post saying, Its terrible and disgusting that youre lying to thousands of people . That clout shit is said. She later went on to say that shes seen baby photos of Pinkston as well as has seen her completely naked. Other models, including Teddy Quinlivan and Aaron Phillip also spoke out. Imagine being a model who got exposed for being a raging transphobe/saying estremely transphobic shit in the past and then resorting to LYING ABOUT BEING TRANSGENDER ONLINE FOR CLOUT IN ATTEMPT TO SAVE YOUR CAREER ? lmao she lied about coming out hopefully her career is over. Props to her friends calling her out for being a cisgender.
