Trying to lose weight so i have to choose wisely. I had some eggs and oatmeal for breakfast, I'm now on beer 3 and feeling a bit peckish. I could probably get another 3 beers in for the the calorie cost of my sammich (they're light beers)

Isn't one beer like 7 slices of bread or something like that? Too many beers is kinda counter productive to losing weight.
