I got it going again just now at 2:30. Should I still eat whats inside? Everything still felt really cold before I hooked up the generator.

If you didnt open it, stuff should be fine.

Obviously use your instinct and if something looks/smells bad, dont risk it.

nah, after 2 hours its iffy. Id personally rather spend money than 2 days on the toilet.

A fridge is a giant insulator thats constantly pumping in cold air.

If the fridge isnt opened and the outdoor temperature wasnt excessively hot, a few hours isnt that bad. Especially because most food will be cooked before eaten (therefore killing the bacteria) and a lot of things people put in the fridge can be shelf stable.

This is what I found when looking it up, although I agree more with everyone saying it's still likely fine. I've had the power go out for a half day, 12+ hours and never recall having any problems whatsoever. Only thing i'd be concerned with is fresh meat you may have had (raw meat, not lunch meat)
