The 9 greatest spies/action heroes in the world. You know they're all doing stuff all the time. 007 isn't the only agent that takes assignments, after all. I think it'd be pretty sweet to see those other agents introduced and given their own interconnected series of movies, culminating in some crazy world-threatening MI6 version of the Avengers crossovers. I just feel like there's so much more potential in the Bond universe that they've basically refused to even look at for decades. Bond isn't the only badass. Id be fine with a spin-off that had a tone like Kingsman, but I dont see how theyd make multiple series about secret agents and have each seperate series feel distinct and unique.
