It was a respectable forum community, with blogs for people to submit their personal experiences and whatnot. The forum had close to a thousand users, and was relatively active until Facebook and whatnot came along. It's now evolved into a talk radio station show that broadcasts in parts of Florida, New Orleans, and Missouri every Friday night, it's been going on for nearly 10 years and my friend hosts it. It's a two hour show, he interviews experiencees, authors, and members of the paranormal community, including people like Josh Gates, and Bill Birnes from UFO Hunters. Sometimes they are completely nuts, sometimes it's real interesting and fun. Rarely, i'll co-host with him if he needs me to. He averages 120k to 280k listeners weekly. I'm very bad at naming things, so I went to the GTS and looked at the global map of areas I've traded with for inspiration. One place in particular sounded really cool, and it was Puglia, Italy. So I chose that name for my Heatran. When I got usermap axed for the second time in 2012, I needed a new account name for GameFAQs. I was thinking back to my nicknames for my competitive Pokemon, and Puglia was a very nice fit.
