She was facing 18 months in the slammer for gross sexual imposition for having sex with the teen while working as a special ed teacher at Sycamore High School Prosecutors allowed her to plead to a lesser charge that carries probation Judge Jody Marie Luebbers said this was a "unique" case and stated that Jennifer was NOT a sexual predator despite having a relationship with an underage girl because she was "willing" and said "The detective said you're not a sexual predator and i don't think you are either."...
