I walked by and put a dollar in his hand and he said hello? A dollar? And I said yes and he said have a blessed day and I was like you too. Then he went back to his anybody please give a hand give a hand So Im crossing the street and waiting for the light and this old lady walks next to me and says I thought panhandling was a misdemeanor and Im like idk. And shes like there sure are a lot of them out here. I thought it was illegal. And Im like idk lady it looked like he needed help. And she goes I do too but you dont see me begging for it. There are all kinds of dumb laws that people, including police, will just ignore because theyre dumb and nobody cares. Getting it changed or whatever takes too much time and money when they can just look the other way. Plus, they could technically use it to their advantage. If they want to arrest someone, but cant for whatever reason, they can use a dumb law to do it if they wanted. But thats like extreme and mostly used in tv shows instead of real life. In the end, darkknight109 is right about all the dumb little laws people break all the time. You may have, too. Possibly without knowing it.
