It is new duties and for sure more stressful but I kind of want strees as Ive worked a job where I haven't been challenged for many years. I used to love working a job I could do in my sleep but have been feeling unfufilled the last year or so

Most kids don't realize that they need to work at least 30 years to receive pension and other govt securities when they retire. Instead they just do freelance and whatever side gigs are available. Maybe they'll stick to a career job for no more than 10 yrs.
