Do you pay around a third or a quarter of your monthly income for your home? If you pay more than that, how is it trying to manage your money for the month?

A little less than a quarter, and that's including both property tax and homeowner's insurance.

Monthly gross income is 4400
Mortgage (PITI) is about 1750
Utilities about 250

Other bills are pretty low. $600 between two car payments and insurance, internet is $65 and then Netflix/Hulu/Xbox/Prime are like $45 altogether, then $108 for our phones

Left with like $1500 a month for gas/food/spending

I still live at home to really milk the rent-free situation while I can, but I would expect it to be 40-50% right now.

My rent's 350. I've been staying with my parents for the past year, which is why my rent is so low. I don't pay any utilities, for the most part, although they do charged me an extra 50 for the winter months since I ran the heater a lot.

One pay check covers most of it. I deliver pizza, between 30-35 hours a week, so I get tips on top of a check every two weeks.

Rent: $0 (my apartment in China is paid for by my employer).
Utilities: maybe $30/month for electricity, water and Internet. Another $15 for my phone (10gb plan).

I have a house in Thailand as well which I pay about $260/month for the mortgage.

I make about $3,000/month. So in total about 10%.

Mortgage is about 9.5% of income

Electric has ranged from 109-204 a month in last 12 months
