32 y/o Jessica Stallings, an Alabama woman who was RAPED by her UNCLE repeatedly as a teenager and forced to MARRY him after he fathered TWO of her kids has spoken out to complain about a court forcing her to let him see the kids!!

She publicly identified herself to describe how her uncle, who is her mom's half brother, Lenion Richard Barnett started climbing onto her bed when she was 12 and he was 19.

Over 7 years, he impregnanted her FOUR TIMES and her first pregnancy was at 14 that ended in miscarriage

When she was 16, she gave birth to her son and at 18 she had another child that died and at 18 she had her last child, another boy.

Her family forced her to marry him but the marriage was annulled by a court that deemed it illegal because they were related.

Despite a DNA test proving he is the father, the uncle has NEVER been arresed or convicted of sex crimes.

She ran away with the children but in 2015, he was released from prison on drug charges and now he wants custody

To protect them, she then reported the rape but a grand jury declined it and their reason is sealed and he is demanding the boys he fathered to be seen

She said "It's sickening, i've spent my entire life scared to death of my rapist and now i'm fighting him for custody of my children. I had so much shame. I spent my entire childhood pregnant and terrified he was going ot kill me"

She lost faith in the courts a long time ago and now she wont' be silenced

Alabama is one of the few states that doesn't strip rapists rights of their children because he was never found guilty

She decided to speak out in light of the abortion ban in the state that makes it illegal for women to seek an aobrtion which she SUPPORTS as she does not regret the 2 boys stating thta every life is equal despite how it was conceived.

But she thinks states must enforce a law to protect rape victims once the baby is born who says if they are going to ban abortion then there should be laws to protect rape victims and their baby conceived from it.

Jessica doesn't believe abortion is the answer even if conceived from rape but that the rapist shouldn't have access to the child if one is fathered. The New Alabama abortion ban does not grant access to ANY female no matter how the baby is conceived, even through rape or incest

Do you think abortion should be allowed for rape/incest victims?

Jessica -

Oh. It's still really bad and the story is horrible in any number of ways, but I thought the uncle would be older. And while it's traumatic for the mom and the father has no real right to see the kids, it's not the kids' fault that their dad is an incestuous rapist so in this case it should really be up to the kids to decide whether to continue seeing the dad.

Are you trying to gain a reputation for making shitty posts? Or have you just learned that Alabama is a thing? Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana are consistently the worst places to live in the US. Among other things, Alabama ranks dead last in education

That's all well and good, and I already knew all that, but I've seen an influx of Alabama doing stupid crap news stories lately. Normally that award goes to Florida.

But hey, at least you tried to insult someone you've never interacted with before. Good job. I guess.

We've interacted plenty, trust me. Not that I blame you for not knowing this account, since I doubt even somebody like Mead remembers it.
