You'd think with so many damn horse stables around, we'd see people at least resembling Malon, Talon and Ingo.

Also weird to not see the Postman show up in some form.

And like I honestly wouldn't mind seeing Dampe return either.

But no, all we got was Beedle ugh

Also, while I'm talking about stupid bullshit I think of while I replay this game, why the hell wouldn't the Sheikah put a damn light feature in the Slate?

I kind of get the feeling that he's going to be in the BotW sequel, offering his balloon as a replacement for Revali's Gale.

I hope not though, Tingle is the one recurring character I can do without.

BotW is far enough in the future that descendants of people like Talon have died out, but Beedle is an ageless horror born of mercantile rage.

Beedle's funny. But you're right, I missed some of the recurring series characters. Really wish they went with sexy athletic version of Impa rather than ancient granny Impa.

Tingle, Malon and Dampe would've been nice additions. At least we had the Deku Tree.

One of the ones you mentioned actually IS in the game. Malanya, the horse fairy, has a rather different name in the Japanese version, which has... interesting lore implications.

Beedle's one of the few goofy minor characters in the franchise I actually kinda like. Mostly because in WW there's that split-second where he looks so depressed that you're leaving when you exit his shop.
