He attacked sister, destroyed my computer monitor and refuses to pay up and keeps smoking outside my sister's window. So my mother has forbidden me from fighting or talking to him. He keeps smoking nearby my sister's room knowing full well she has asthma. Mom tells her to close her windows but it is hot as fuck 93 degrees... so instead she turns on the air conditioning. Paying even more $$$ because you can't tell this fuck to stop smoking on YOUR property.
