It still looks completely irrelevant and probably terrible, but at no point does it seem offensively bad like Genysis did. I like the main terminator girl actress. She's super cute. Using dark ouija magic to revive Linda Hamilton from the grave to fill the movie with "I'm too old for this shit" jokes will probably be super cringe.

Problem with Terminator imo is they are still using 80s future tech whereas in 2019 we have alot more advanced tech.

Like the terminators would be carrying smartphones and super-powered drones.

They wouldn't go knock on a door to kill someone but infiltrate a political office and have cronies bring Sarah Conner to them etc.

Considering how the leaks for the new movie say they are killing John Connor in the first 5-10 minutes, replacing Skynet with "legion", and the whole "terminator who killed John growing a conscious after having fuck all to do after mission accomplished" it's sounding like the worst pile of dog shit ever.

I'll agree the image is unflattering. She looks much better in the trailer. And yes, it's a woman. A female human (playing a robot). The actress played a hooker in Blade Runner 2049 and had s digital threesome with Ryan Gosling.
