It's awesome there is so many stations, I particularly love that you can do ___insert year__ hits.
Like I do 1987 hits, because 1987 was an awesome year for music, but for this or even just a general 80s station the main problem I have is when they play a live version of the song from much later.
Like a shitty 2013 live version of Carrie by Europe, where the singer doesn't even sound close to how he did on the track in 87, or they also will have it be a remix of the song.

Also they play commercials which is fine, but I hate when its one with a song in it that doesn't gel at all with the station I'm playing.

I heart radio is better in this regard, but they don't have as many stations and you can't skip since its live stations.

Maybe try Spotify? Or you can buy Simple Radio for a couple bucks and stream internet radio from around the world if you want a classic radio experience.

Everyone has 1TB smartphones, 128+ microsd cards, and 1TB SSD's, but streaming music is more popular than downloading music nowadays.

Well actually I have been downloading alot of hits, went thru the billboard charts of the top 10, 20 rock songs of every week in 1984 and made my own 1984 rock playlist/station I put on shuffle.
