There is enough food on Earth to feed every human. Some nations have poor distribution. Also many of that money that is donated just goes into the pockets of corrupt government officials

There isn't a whole lot we can do.

The problem is infrastructure. You say some nations have poor distribution, but a possibly even bigger issue is how difficult it is to ship to many areas. If you don't have decent roads, highways, railways, ports, etc., it becomes very difficult and expensive to get the food to the people who need it.

This is really the bottleneck. There are so many countries in Africa that have muddy trails like the one in the picture I will link below instead of actual highways that cross their countries. Usually you will have some paved roads in and around the capital city and maybe a few other big cities, but they don't extend out into the countryside in many African countries.

That's supposed to be a national highway, and in the second picture you see people having to use shovels to try to dig their vehicle out of a position it got stuck in. It gets even worse in the rainy season when the whole thing turns to mud.

National governments could throw real weight behind multilateral efforts to regulate financial and corporate practices, so as to make it tougher for corrupt ministers and foreign companies to simply funnel the wealth out of these countries and hide it overseas. Part of the solution could be closer to home than you might think.

First ask what your own government is doing to tackle the problem, instead of putting it on a list for "the UN" to sort out. If your own government lacks interest in taking action, don't dump all the blame on the UN.

The problem is that if you try to help them with money. Only a fractal of them will reach the people who needs them. The majority of the money will never leave your country. And most of the rest of them will end up in the pockets of corrupt officials in the country you're trying to help.
