The reason for the attack was because he found her cell phone of messages with a guy she claims was a friend and felt she was cheating on him after she that guy at a hairdresser's convention of which she worked as.

They ate lunch earlier that day and got drunk despite the fact that she CAN'T have alcohol and were kicked out. She tried all day to kiss him but he pulled away and then went to the beach in super high heels and a bathing suit. She was so drunk she fell and scraped her legs.

When they got home, that's when she charged at him with a hairbrush and bludgeoned him with it 30 TIMES and then choked him for good measure.

He tried to get out but then she grabbed his balls and attempted to rip them off and that's when she jumped on top of him and attempted the choke again.

Her grandmother who slept DOWNSTAIRS was the one who called 5-0

Tyler says "She's malicious and aggressive. She tried to rip off my balls man"

When cops came, Tyler was NAKED and bleeding everywhere as cops asked him "Dude, how did you let her do this to you?"

He said he didn't want to fight back so he couldn't be accused of domestic violence and LOSE his POT GROWING LICENSE!

When asked if he'd still see her again, he's thinkign of moving on but said "I love and care for her, but i hope there's another good looking woman out there who might be able to handle my JUNK a little easier. My testicles have been through a lot"

Sweeney is now living with an 8 inch plate in his clavicle attached to his skeleton with 8 screws

He didn't call police cause he knew she was on probation for past crimes such as CAR THEFT and knew she'd be in jail a lot time

They met after pitchford dropped a letter on the floor next to him with her name and phone number even though his family felt something was off with her..

Tyler is now just embarrassed about all of this coming out knowing he got beat by a small girl as he grew up in a small town and people will look at him on how a big guy like him got battered..and his response is "If you call me weak for not beating up another person that i love and care for, i'll take that. And if you label me strong for that, i'll take that too. I know i walked away free and she didn't"

Sadly, the reality. If the guy defends himself at all, he's going to be the one arrested. Best option is to try and just run away / lock yourself in a bathroom or something. If you can't...then I guess in the moment of trauma you have to make a choice on how dangerous the assault seems vs. the risk of going to jail.

Pretty much. Not only is he not allowed to defend himself, but he's now going to be criticized and ridiculed for being a victim.

Its depends on where you are and which cops come. He mostly likely could have at least fought enough to get her off of him or away. Especially with his injuries. My mom has seen plenty of guys that just take it. But shes also seen guys that defend themselves and end up fine. It also depends on if there are witnesses...

I never understood the "you should never hit girls!" rubbish. I mean you should not cause physical violence to anyone. If someone however causes you physical violence intentionally than you can act anyway you want in self defence in my book. The only exceptions to this is if you actually want the physical violence or it's for sport.

I agree. My mom taught me to only fight to defend myself. But she also said not to listen to the dont hit girls thing. She said, If a girl hits you, you hit her back. Dont let her get away with attacking you just because shes a girl. Stuff like that...
