Have a token riddle or two, preferably in place of the jar of piss, and the movie is at least twice what it is now. He kinda looks like Jim Carrey's Joker anyway. Between Riddler being an immature rich kid and Lex Luthor('s son) being an immature rich kid, the latter is worse by far. The issue is that with what happens in this move, the villain pretty much has to be Lex, Brainiac, or Darkseid.
