Got on the scale yesterday and found that I lost ten pounds my dudes. It's been a month since I started (May 13th) and I have seem to be doing so well so far.

I'm glad that I found a routine that works: Eat 1500 calories a day, every few meals replace with something, healthy, and drink water to stay full and hydrated. I still find it very difficult to not indulge in my favorite foods which resulted me in going over the 1500 calories a day but I still stayed under the national average of 2000.

I don't really have any current access to a gym so I am going have to stick to walking and hopefully jogging later. I will have to wait until I go back to school in two months to go to a gym.

Keep going and don't get discouraged if you don't maintain the same weight loss

Thanks dude and I plan on doing that. Make my expectations reasonable and don't be too hard on myself.
