Luckily were basically reverse engineering meat nowadays either in labs or by composing it out of plants ourselves

Actually, ruminant flatus is the largest contributor of atmospheric methane, eating meat to encourage cattle and sheep ranching helps slow down the coming ice age. Yay meat! Delicious and saving the planet!
