Right now 50%, because I am getting two paychecks (one from my job and one as severance from my previous job) so I am just dumping one of the paychecks entirely into my mortgage. Normally I do about 33%. If I was only making the minimum payment every month and not trying to pay off the mortgage ASAP, it would be about 25%.

Total apartment costs make up ~26% of my fiancee's and I combined salary (after taxes). Before taxes it's about 16.5%
