The best ice cream I've ever had was rose-flavored. I bought a quart of it at Costco like 20 years ago and I've never seen it anywhere again since.

Matcha (green tea) ice cream is also really good, and difficult to find.

If you live an an area that has any Indian specific grocery stores, you might be able to find rose ice cream or kulfi.

I haven't tried flower flavored stuff like that much, but it sounds interesting to me.

I love it, but especially Tillamook Old Fashioned Vanilla.

I am diabetic though so can't eat it too often, but it is the best, absolute best, solution for heart burn (at least for me). I've tried tums, milk, etc, but for some reason the ice cream (just a few spoon fulls) does a way better job then a full glass of milk.
