Aside from the usual, Thieves Guild, Dark Brotherhood, etc etc, the stuff everyone does every play through

Any good ones that aren't as "mainstream"? Any cool, long ones with story to them?

The guild quests, as well as the DLC, are the only ones that felt long enough. Every other questline is very short in comparison, but there are some cool ones: A Night to Remember, The Forsworn Conspiracy, Blood on the Ice are some of my favorites (if we're not counting the guild quests, of course).

The Daedric quests are generally pretty good, and better integrated into the world than 'find statue in the wilderness.'

'Blood on the Ice' is great, if you can keep it from bugging out. 'Wolf Queen Awakened' is fairly epic.

Lost to the Ages is one of my fave questlines in the game, although it's mostly because I like exploring the dwarven civilizations. If you hate encountering robots all over, you might hate it. LTTA is a DLC-specific questline, though, I think (Dawnguard?).

Dwarven ruins are my favourite type of dungeon to go through. I'll check it out

Are you talking about the repeating radiant quests where (unlike the main quest) you do some actual thieving? What's broken about them? Genuine question, since I don't use the Unofficial Patch for various reasons and am always trying to keep aware of various bugs so they can be avoided.

No, there's a side quest (bonus quest? I don't know what you'd call it) where each of the main Thieves Guild quests features a special item you can loot, and each item is displayed in the Guild Hall.

Well, the item from the very final main quest either doesn't trigger the appropriate side quest, or it marks it automatically as complete and in either case you can't sell the item as intended or finish your collection of loot items.

Reading up on it they allegedly fixed the problem in March 2013 - I don't remember if I was still playing Skyrim then or not.

The radiant Thieves Guild questline is broken? I remember doing it to completion on console before. You're talking about the "break into house, steal golden turd sculpture, bring it back, etc." stuff, right?
