You can message the mods over it, but 90% of the time you'll just get punished further or even permabanned.

Yeah, the mods can pretty much do what they want on their subreddit. There's no recourse if your post gets modded or they decide to ban you.

No but you have to do something pretty fucked up or break clear posting rules for posts to get deleted. And a lot of it is done by bots which do a better job than our mods explaining why.
