Every single command he gave was clear and concise and spoken in a commanding tone to gain compliance. The driver refused to comply (In fact he claims he wasn't able to turn off his car because the officer would shoot him, but had no problem at the start of the video fiddling with his phone down near his hip for 5 seconds--It's almost like he didn't actually think the officer would shoot him, and instead was using it as an excuse to be defiant). Then he refused to step out of the vehicle as well AFTER the officer had holstered his gun because he still "thought" the officer was going to shoot him. --- It feels like they're pretending.
