I recall Tim Pool giving a Twitter exec a lot of shit about that on the Joe Rogan Experience.

Basically, as I understand it, telling journalists Learn to Code was to mock them for them complaining about losing jobs in their failing industry after elitist, progressive journalists would use that kind of rhetoric to take shots at coal miners and the like having lost their jobs in a failing industry.

But Twitter would start to ban people who used the term, because they're biased in favor of progressives.

Or so the accusation went.
