she got served legal papers and she is refusing to admit it happened and pretending like it's a joke

what this means is that the judge will just rule in favor of Vic automatically and she will be reamed hard in court. this was one of the main people behind the Kickvic movement. it shows how they act. and the kind of person that funimation was listening to and doing the bidding of, when they fired Vic. this is all going as I said it was going to. people said I was wrong. but everything is happening how I predicted. if Funimation doesn't go out of business over this, they will be severely harmed

so you think the jokes are based on nothing? why would she be talking about a paper on her door or joking about running from the law or saying "will be accepting most papers at this time" on her twitter, if it didn't happen? no she did get sued. it's been mentioned on other places. and Vic's lawyer confirmed it happened.

These things are always a classic example of "feels over reals," imo. For most people, the thought of a woman being sexually assaulted/raped/whatever is so terrible (as it should be) that they're ready to crucify the accused without even a moment's notice. Nobody bothers to hear the other side of the story, nobody waits for the facts. They just start immediately frothing at the mouth, pitchforks and torches up.

There's honestly two sides to every story and a lot of grey area. Guys like Weinstein, Cosby, etc.. are obviously monsters, but I think there's been enough instances like Aziz or Hardwick where you can't automatically assume the worst about someone based on one person's accusation + the confirmation bias that magically appears afterward when people start suddenly questioning whether their past behaviour and interactions were appropriate or not.

Like, imagine if you met a girl while you were out drinking and you guys engaged in consensual sex. Then she later decides that it wasn't consensual and she calls you out for rape. Then suddenly, every girl you've ever flirted with, had any sort of playful interaction with, or even posed for pictures with is coming out of the woodwork with their stories (which are now somehow harassment/assault in hindsight/retrospect even though they were fine in that moment). That's pretty messed up. You can legit ruin a guy's entire life with this stuff.

No it's because she is not accepting the papers. She's trying to deny she got them and acting like it's not serious. She could be charged with Contempt of Court among other things

She's not taking part in the legal process so that means she doesn't get to defend her side in court. In a trial you have to admit it's happening and show up in court and accept the papers. She's not doing any of that

Her tweets are talking about claiming she never saw the papers and that she hasn't been served. But the lawyer took pictures of her house with her car in the driveway and it proves she does know the papers exist. But she is leaving them on the door and pretending like they are not there and making jokes about it like "that's not my house" and "would be a shame if something happened to those papers before I got home...."

See, the whole "one bad actor means everyone's a bad actor" is where your bias is showing. You don't know what that internal investigation consisted of.

I don't tell people what hills to not die on, but you might be held to this one. Remember, her successfully being sued for damages for things she said in writing (on Twitter) is one thing. The company's internal investigation being found illegitimate is quite another.

He's not creepy. Witnesses who aren't in the pockets of Kickvic all say he was a nice guy. There are actually more witnesses defending him than attacking him
