She was barely in Endgame let alone enough to be annoying She was a dishwater dull character, served almost no worthwhile purpose, felt shoehorned in just so they can pivot the next phase around her character, and feels like an absolute Mary Sue strolling in to the last act of a story that's been running for 10 years. And her motivations in this specific film are written in a way that can kind of make her seem like her priorities are somewhat misplaced (ie, they have the means of contacting her in deep space, and are assembling a team to pull off something that may save the entire universe, and they have a protracted period of "getting the team together", but apparently she's too busy with other stuff or too disinterested to show up until she can be fashionably late). There's a lot there for plenty of people to find annoying. Whether or not you do is immaterial. Personally I didn't give a shit about her as a character because she's inevitably going to be as dull and plodding as her comic counterpart and inspiration is, but at least she barely has any screen time in this and even fewer lines. But I also fully understand if someone wants to complain about her. That's why I said years ago that the black woman Captain Marvel and the alien space lesbian Captain Marvel would have been better characters to make movies about than Carol. Or even just cut out the middleman (the way they basically did with the original Mar-Vell) and just go straight to Kamala Khan (Ms Marvel). Carol's pretty much the worst character to ever use the name in the comics. I'll say what I keep saying to everyone It was just a trailer. And people who watch all of the Arrowverse already met Batwoman almost a year ago. Last fall during the annual crossover event, Supergirl, Green Arrow and Flash traveled to Gotham and met her. She was in a whole episode and there was no in your face politics about her.
