We can appeal a moderation without waiting 90 days for a previous appeal to clear. Although they also said something about abusing the appeal system. This makes me think they are just going to pick and choose what is abusing and what isn't like they do with the mods in the first place.

To be fair, 90% of the people appealing probably are abusing the system, consciously or no.

At least based on the fact that nearly every single "WAH! The mods are being mean to me!" topic almost always seems to be a "Fair, next" situation if the poster even admits to all of the details at all.

Yeah....

1.) Regardless of karma or pending moderations....mandatory one week suspensions will be dished out to any user that shares Conservative opinions (or what could even be possibly viewed as Conservative opinions).

2.) The ignore feature will be removed entirely.

3.) Trolls will be given moderation privileges.

4.) Random users will be targeted on a daily basis and have posts moderated/deleted even though other users engaging in conversations with them do/say the exact same stuff but are not also moderated/deleted. This will ensure the toxic community we strive to provide.

5.) All video game content will be removed.

don't forget: saying something truthful about a major religon is trolling if they don't like what you said.

In the past, you only had to be smarter than the mod/admin judging your dispute to get it overturned.

Keep in mind, I said you needed to BE smarter than them, not just THINK you're smarter than them. That didn't apply to the vast majority of past disputes.

In a topic on another board an actual mod said the dispuite woild be settled over a round in smash or 2 other games but I forget which they are. I know he was joking though.

In the past, you only had to be smarter than the mod/admin judging your dispute to get it overturned.

Keep in mind, I said you needed to BE smarter than them, not just THINK you're smarter than them. That didn't apply to the vast majority of past disputes.

i had a mod once agree that it wasn't against the ToS, but that it was "against the spirit of the ToS"
