I really want to adopt one but its so hard to find a full breed and for it to be at least 3 months old

Might be better to try adoption groups that specialize in Rottweilers.

Adopt if you don't care for papers or breed prestige. If you buy, avoid pet stores. They can be shady as hell. Many are known to falsify their papers. If you buy from a breeder, make sure you buy from a reputable breeder. The good ones keep a genealogy of the type of dog they breed.

The only good reason to pay for a dog is making more dogs to sell to suckers who pay for dogs.
