But I'm a bit of a nihilist, I think it's more fun watching everything fall apart so that we can finally truly accept that we need to try new approaches to fixing things.

Things need to get far worse, to the degree of anarchy before things can truly get any better.

Which is a huge part of why I exactly enjoy how everything is these days. I mean, if things just kept progressing in the same direction it is now, we'll just end up with a huge portion of America being homeless.

At least I have hope that we can hit a wall hard enough to try and turn around and truly fix everything some how.
