Remember when you had Enemy Skill materia equipped and after you leave Midgar there's an enemy that used Matra, which involved said enemy firing missiles at Cloud and gang. with Enemy Skill equipped you can learn it, with has your party members fire missiles out of your back to attack an enemy?
